November Retreat is coming up! This year's theme is The Author: God Is Writing Your Story, where we hear about how our youth are Crafted by the Father (Psalm 139:13-14), Found by the Saviour (Luke 15:4), Renewed by the Holy Spirit (Psalm 51:10), and Sent to reach the lost (Isaiah 6:8). We’ve seen God touch, save, heal, and transform youth at this retreat in the past and we believe He wants to do more of the same this year! The retreat is hosted by Regina Apostolic Church on Thursday, November 12th at 6:30 to Sunday, November 15th at 1:00.
To register, go to https://www.reginaap.com/announcements/november-youth-retreat-2026, When you do, if you want to be billeted, put Yes for needing a billet, and put Assiniboia Apostolic Church as the youth group so you are able to be placed with us there! Otherwise, you may be put somewhere different. If you don’t need to be billeted (meaning you have other plans for where to stay), you can still put our church down so you are grouped in with us for any activities!
Once you do, I need to know so I am aware of how many are going. Regardless of if you are driving yourself up OR if you will need a ride there and back, please let me know by sending me an email to ryanaachurch@gmail.com, or a text or call at (306) 551-6143. I need to know the numbers of who is going whether or not you billet with us or need a ride with us. I will need to know by October 21st, and if you get registered before then you will save some money through the Early Bird registration price.
Included down below is a waiver form. This needs to be filled out. I can’t take any kids with me if I don’t have a waiver form for them, so if they are registered please make sure it is filled out and get it to me.
If you need a ride, we will be leaving from the Assiniboia Apostolic Church on Thursday November 12th at 3:30, so please be there at 3:00 so we can leave on time! We will be stopping for supper in Regina before we arrive at the Regina Apostolic Church, so make sure they bring some money for supper! We are planning on being back at the church at 4:00 on Sunday November 15th, but it may be a little more or less than that.
Keep in mind it is an overnight event, so make sure they bring things for sleeping as well as their Bibles. We’re so excited for them to have a powerful encounter with Jesus, and an awesome weekend with friends! Thank you, and I hope to see your kids there!
